The posting

Als Regio Service Coördinator ben jij dé specialist in het onderhouden en keuren van een breed scala aan zorghulpmiddelen, zoals bedden, tilliften, matrassen en pompen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze middelen veilig, betrouwbaar en klaar voor gebruik zijn.

In deze rol combineer je technisch vakmanschap met een coördinerende en coachende rol. Je bent een ervaren professional binnen het team, fungeert als vraagbaak voor collega’s, participeert in projecten en hebt een belangrijke signaalfunctie richting de Service Manager Onderhoud.

Wat ga je doen:

Dagelijks vertrek je, met jouw servicebus vol onderdelen, vanuit huis om service en onderhoud te verlenen aan producten op locatie bij de klant.

Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

- Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan de zorghulpmiddelen, inclusief het oplossen van complexe storingen en het uitvoeren van wettelijke keuringen

- Zorgdragen voor volledige en correcte registratie van onderhoud, keuringen en storingsoplossingen, en het initiëren, coördineren en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om de kwaliteit te waarborgen

- Coördineren en voorbereiden van onderhoudsprojecten op locatie, samen met collega’s en externe partijen

- Adviseren en communiceren met klanten over reparaties en technische verbeteringen

- Begeleiden en coachen van minder ervaren collega’s, beschrijven van processen en zorgen voor een eenduidige werkwijze binnen de teams

- Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en NEN-richtlijnen

Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag het verschil maakt in de zorgtechniek. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en denkt in oplossingen. Daarnaast weet je collega’s mee te nemen in jouw kennis en ervaring en zet je de klant centraal.

Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is en waar flexibiliteit belangrijk is.
