Als regiocontroller ben je de financiële spil binnen een hecht team. Je zorgt voor overzicht, controle en optimalisatie van projecten en maakt het verschil in maatschappelijk relevante infrastructuur. Organisatie Je komt te werken op de vestiging in Helmond, onderdeel van een grote bedrijfstak met zo'n 450 collega's verdeeld over vier regio's in Nederland. Jouw regio bestaat uit Brabant en Limburg, met regiokantoren in Etten-Leur, Helmond en Geleen. Jouw standplaats wordt Helmond, maar je bent ook periodiek aanwezig op de andere locaties en op het hoofdkantoor. Als regiocontroller ben je financieel verantwoordelijk voor de volledige regio en speel je een belangrijke rol in het regionale MT. Het team van ongeveer honderdvijftig medewerkers vormt een hecht geheel. De sfeer is goed, er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook tijd voor gezelligheid, met teamuitjes, een zomerbarbecue en het jaarlijkse familiefestival. Functie Als regiocontroller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële plaatje van je regio. - De kwaliteit van de financiële administratie van de regio bewaken - Elke periode afstemmen met de bedrijfsleider over de financiële resultaten - Wekelijks het cashflowmodel bijhouden en toezicht houden op tijdige facturatie - Proactief afwijkingen of mogelijke onjuistheden signaleren richting het MT - Wekelijks productiegesprekken voeren, inclusief het bewaken van kosten en baten - Bijdragen aan het bewaken en optimaliseren van onder handen werk posities, grote aanbestedingen met focus op marge en risicoanalyse, en de jaarrekening van de regio opstellen Functie-eisen - Met een hbo diploma op zak, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfseconomie, controlling of accounting, sta jij stevig in je vak - Relevante werkervari...
