Je zorgt voor een sterke en toekomstgerichte organisatie, waarin structuur, samenwerking en eigenaarschap hand in hand gaan met ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid. Je stuurt op rendabele projecten, voorspelbare uitvoering, het continu verbeteren van de organisatie en maximale klanttevredenheid. Daarbij overzie je de volledige keten van commercie en tendering tot ontwerp, realisatie en oplevering en draag je de volledige P&L-verantwoordelijkheid. In het 1e jaar staat de basis voor de volgende groeifase. Samen met het MT breng je focus aan in koers, verantwoordelijkheden en prioriteiten. Je versterkt eigenaarschap, ontwikkelt mensen en bouwt aan een gezonde projectenfunnel. Tegelijkertijd stuur je op een organisatie die continu beter wordt.
