Regiomanager What's in it for you? Als regiomanager stuur je 5 tot 10 supermarkten aan binnen een fooddiscounter. Je bepaalt zelf hoe je je tijd verdeelt: waar je aanwezig bent, wat je oppakt en wat je overdraagt aan je teams. Je werkt met duidelijke kaders, waardoor je weet wat er van je wordt verwacht en waar je op stuurt. Tegelijk heb je de ruimte om winkels en teams op jouw manier te begeleiden. Je krijgt een auto van de zaak met tankpas, 30 vakantiedagen en korting op je sportschoolabonnement en zorgverzekering. Waar ga jij werken? Je bezoekt regelmatig winkels, voert controles uit, neem de teams mee in jouw visie én die van de organisatie en weet oprechte verbinding te maken. Je vindt het niet erg om in uiterste gevallen zelf mee te helpen in een winkel. Vanzelfsprekend snap je dat jouw winkels een topprestatie leveren in het weekend en vind je het geen probleem om zo nu en dan op die momenten je teams te coachen.
