Als Regiomanager Catering & Hospitality bij PDX Services stuur je meerdere locaties binnen de afgesproken regio aan. Je coacht locatiemanagers, bewaakt kwaliteit en resultaten en bent de verbindende schakel tussen onze locaties, opdrachtgevers en centrale organisatie. Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en weet wanneer je moet coachen, bijsturen of doorpakken. Wat ga je doen? Breng mensen, locaties en resultaten samen Jij: - bent verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties en ontwikkeling van 10-20 locaties - geeft leiding aan en coacht locatiemanagers; - bezoekt en monitort de locaties binnen jouw regio; - stuurt op omzet, personeelskosten, inkoop, productiviteit en rendement; - bewaakt gastvrijheid, kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en contractafspraken; - onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers en vertaalt hun wensen naar acties; - bewaakt de personeelsbezetting, inzetbaarheid en continuïteit; - werkt met HR samen aan werving en ontwikkeling van medewerkers; - begeleidt nieuwe locaties, conceptwijzigingen en verbetertrajecten; - rapporteert over resultaten, risico's en kansen aan operationeel directeur . Wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, sta je tijdelijk dichter op een locatie. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid blijft het structureel aansturen en verbeteren van de gehele regio.
