Als Regiomanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winkels in regio Midden-Nederland. Je coacht de Filiaalmanagers, stuurt op commerciële resultaten en zorgt er samen met de teams voor dat onze winkels iedere dag op hun best zijn. Je bent veel onderweg en regelmatig op de winkelvloer te vinden. Je ziet wat goed gaat, waar kansen liggen en waar bijsturing nodig is. Daarbij kijk je naar de winkel én naar de cijfers. Van omzet en productiviteit tot personele inzet, derving, voorraadbetrouwbaarheid, klanttevredenheid en winkelbeeld. Je analyseert resultaten en vertaalt deze samen met jouw Filiaalmanagers naar concrete acties. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw Filiaalmanagers; - regelmatig bezoeken van de winkels in jouw regio en sturen op voortgang en resultaten; - sturen op KPI's zoals omzet, productiviteit, ureninzet, derving en klanttevredenheid; - zorgen voor commercieel sterke, verzorgde en uniforme winkels; - bewaken van een kwalitatief en kwantitatief sterke personeelsbezetting; - ondersteunen en richting geven bij personele, commerciële en operationele vraagstukken; - kansen, risico's en knelpunten signaleren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties; - zorgen voor verbinding en kennisdeling tussen de winkels; - ontwikkelingen in jouw regio en de lokale markt herkennen en hierop inspelen; - fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen jouw winkels en het hoofdkantoor; - samen met collega-Regiomanagers en ondersteunende afdelingen werken aan een steeds betere en efficiëntere verkooporganisatie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw regio succesvol te maken. Daarbij ben je geen manager op afstand. Je kent je winkels, weet wat er speelt en bent zichtbaar voor jouw Filiaalmanagers en teams. Je geeft richting, spreekt aan waar nodig...
