Als Regiomanager MKB ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal van onze MKB‑vestigingen in eigen beheer, allemaal verspreid in de regio Noord-Brabant. Je rol is breed en afwisselend. Jij:

- Bent zichtbaar en betrokken bij de vestigingen en hun teams. - Coacht en ontwikkelt vestigingsmanagers in leiderschap, ondernemerschap en resultaat. - Versterkt de commerciële slagkracht en stimuleert adviesgericht werken richting klanten. - Helpt vestigingen groeien van reactief naar proactief, van transactie naar HR‑partner. - Signaleert kansen in de regio en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. - Bouwt mee aan structurele verbeteringen en toekomstbestendig leiderschap. - Haakt aan waar nodig: soms coachend, soms meewerkend, altijd verbindend.

De exacte verdeling van vestigingen en verantwoordelijkheden stemmen we af samen met de andere regiomanagers op jouw profiel, ervaring en kracht. We geloven bij Olympia in maatwerk, ook voor deze rol! Daarnaast kan het voorkomen dat je onverhoopt wat langer op één of twee vestigingen zit en operationeel "met je voeten in de klei" meedraait. Dit is voor jou geen enkel probleem!

Als Regiomanager ben je een energieke uitzender, motivator en inspirator. Je geniet van het succesvol maken van een vestiging en gaat elke dag voor het beste resultaat. Om deze rol tot een succes te brengen vragen wij het volgende van je:

- Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring binnen recruitment, de uitzendbranche, detachering of arbeidsbemiddeling. - Je hebt ervaring in het schakelen tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch
