Hierbij richten we ons in het bijzonder tot projectontwikkelaars, energiecoöperaties en bedrijven & agrariërs met beschikbare daken of gronden. Zo sta je tijdens de ontwikkelingsfase in voor de opvolging van nieuwe projecten en in de realisatiefase voor de bewaking van alle aspecten van de lopende projecten. De projectmanager staat dagelijks in contact met diverse stakeholders zoals grond/dak-eigenaren, EPC-partners, netbeheerders, en regulatoren. Daarnaast houdt de projectmanager een nauw contact met de backoffice die zich situeert in België (Tongeren). Eens dat de projecten in bedrijf worden gesteld, zal je collega assetmanager instaan voor de verdere opvolging en het dagelijks operationeel beheer van de PV-installaties. - Eerste aanspreekpunt als investeerder van het PV-project - Opvolgen van haalbaarheidsstudies en vergunningen - Controle over budget en deadlines in functie van het business plan - Afsluiten van contracten met aandacht voor de scope - Financiële/technische administratie waaronder het up-to-date houden van de dataroom - Organiseren van werfmeetings en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden - Verzekeren dat...
