Contact Regiomanager NS Fiets - Regio oost Nederland - (Lijn)management Station Jij zorgt met jouw team voor een sterke NS Fiets operatie in regio Oost, met locaties Arnhem, Ede-Wageningen, Amersfoort, Deventer, Zuthpen, Apeldoorn, Nijmegen en Driebergen-Zeist en hebt direct impact op de klantbeleving van de reizigers. Jij zorgt voor de mobiliteit van Nederland Daarom wil je als Regiomanager NS Fiets bij NS werken - Je hebt directe impact op de klantbeleving van reizigers via OV-fiets, Fietsparkeren en Fiets- en Servicewinkels. - Je bent dé schakel tussen in-/externe stakeholders en verbindt de operatie met verschillende afdelingen binnen NS. - Je geeft leiding aan een regioteam in een groeiende business waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Jochem, interim regiomanager Oost: het werk is dynamisch en veelzijdig, je bent de spil tussen strategie en operatie. Je houd je, met je team, bezig met een diversiteit aan vraagstukken; geen dag is hetzelfde! Als Regiomanager NS Fiets ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de exploitatie van de fietsenstallingen, Fiets & Service reparatiepunten en OV-Fiets op de stations in jouw regio Oost. Dit doe je samen met het team waar jij leiding aan geeft en mee samenwerkt. Het team bestaat uit 6 unitleiders, de operationeel beheerder Services en indirect ben je verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 100 medewerkers in de regio. Jij zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie goed loopt, dat resultaten behaald worden en dat verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk in de lijn zijn belegd. Ook faciliteer je de unitleiders, zodat zij hun rol stevig kunnen pakken in de uitvoering van de processen en het (personeels)beleid. De focus in het werk ligt op het aansturen van de medewerkers en de uitvoering van de processen in de operatie in combinatie met het realiseren van een sterke samenwerking met stakeholders binnen en buiten NS.
