Voor de uitvoering van het programma Plan van Aanpak Verhoging Inzameling Plastic Drankflessen zoeken wij een Regiomanager Retourshops. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en succesvolle ingebruikname van alle Retourshops die uiterlijk eind 2026 operationeel zijn. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat iedere locatie succesvol wordt gerealiseerd én klaar is voor een soepele exploitatie. Als regiomanager stuur je feitelijk een groeiende regio van Retourshops aan. Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit, budgetten en prestaties en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen samenwerken aan hetzelfde doel: een landelijk netwerk van goed functionerende Retourshops. Met jouw bijdrage help je ons vooruit Je houd je bezig met onderstaande werkzaamheden: - Regie voeren over de realisatie van nieuwe Retourshops binnen jouw regio, van locatieontwikkeling tot opening. - Verantwoordelijk voor planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en voortgang van meerdere locaties tegelijkertijd. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor verhuurders, gemeenten, aannemers, leveranciers, architecten en interne stakeholders. - Coördineren van vergunningstrajecten, bouwkundige werkzaamheden en technische installaties. - Bewaken van een uniforme formule en hoge kwaliteitsstandaard binnen alle Retourshops. - Signaleren van knelpunten, risico's en verbeterkansen en hier proactief op sturen. - Sturen op deadlines, financiële resultaten en efficiënte inzet van middelen. - Bezoeken van locaties, monitoren van de voortgang en waar nodig bijsturen van betrokken partijen. - Coördineren van de inrichting, het testen van systemen en de uiteindelijke opening van locaties. - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering en toekomstige groe...
