De Vereniging Reformatorisch Passend Onderwijs (Berséba) is de rechtspersoon van het landelijk samenwerkingsverband (SWV) voor alle reformatorische scholen in het primair en Hierbij zijn 170 reformatorische basisscholen en speciale (basis)scholen Het SWV is verdeeld in de regio's Zeeland, Randstad, Midden en Noordoost. Berséba kent een raad van bestuur en een raad van toezicht. leiding aan het landelijk SWV, stelt het strategische beleid vast en geeft beleidskaders aan De werkzaamheden van de regiomanager worden uitgevoerd in één van de regio's van onderwijsaanbod voor leerlingen te realiseren, zowel onderwijsinhoudelijk als financieel. De regiomanagers en de bestuurder vormen met elkaar het managementteam van het regiomanager een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van het samenwerkingsverband als geheel. De regiomanager fungeert als schakel tussen de raad van bestuur en de scholen in de regio Onderwijskundige beleidsontwikkeling en beleidsuitvoering passend onderwijs - volgt en analyseert de landelijke ontwikkelingen voor passend onderwijs en jeugdhulp - vertaalt de visie en strategie van het SWV naar regionaal meerjarenbeleid. - inventariseert en analyseert wensen en behoeften van de scholen en schoolbesturen in de regio en brengt deze input in tijdens MT-vergaderingen. - stelt na consultatie van de regionale commissie en de scholen een integraal regionaal jaarplan op, rekening houdend met de korte en lange termijndoelen in het - geeft in samenwerking met de scholen en schoolbesturen uitvoering aan het beleid - realiseert met de scholen een dekkend netwerk van onderwijsvoorzieningen. - coördineert met het regionaal loket de beantwoording van adviesvragen vanuit scholen, de toekenning van ondersteuningsarrangementen en de afgifte van - bewaakt de doelmatige en doelgerichte uitvoering van beleid op de scholen in de - toetst de ondersteuningsprofielen van de scholen in de regio en bewaakt de - coördineert en bewaakt ...
