En ben je pas tevreden als je de zaken onder controle hebt en alles op rolletjes loopt? Dan zoeken we jou! Wat ga je doen? Als regiomedewerker ben je de spin in het web voor de bestuurders en kaderleden en werk je nauw samen met de bestuurder Loopbaan en ledenservicekader. Je bent de tussenpersoon en het eerste aanspreekpunt bij facilitaire vraagstukken, legt de verbinding tussen kaderleden en interne diensten/afdelingen als ICT, IB&D, Huisvesting & Facilitair en Organisatieondersteuning. Ook voor andere interne collega's ben je de vraagbaak rondom de gang van zaken op de vakbondshuizen in de regio. Daarnaast verzorg je de logistieke en administratieve organisatie van spreekuren, bijeenkomsten, cursussen en wervingsactiviteiten tot in de puntjes en vind het leuk om aanwezig te zijn bij overleggen met kaderleden of andere bijeenkomsten, ook als deze buiten reguliere kantoortijden om worden georganiseerd. Wat bieden wij? - Een aanstelling voor bepaalde tijd voor tot 1 maart 2027. Bij voorkeur start je zo spoedig mogelijk. - Het bruto maandsalaris valt, conform de Cao FNV Organisaties, in schaal 8 en ligt, op basis van een 35-urige werkweek, tussen € 3.121,- en € 4.049,-. - Een goede pensioenregeling, 8,33% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; - Een goede verlofregeling van 228 verlofuren per kalenderjaar op basis van een 35-urige werkweek en de mogelijkheid om verlof gedeeltelijk te (ver)kopen; - De keuze uit een NS-kaart of een reiskostenvergoeding; - De mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk thuis te werken met bijbehorende ICT-middelen; - Een thuiswerkvergoeding; - Een moderne ...
