In het kort: Je gaat als regionaal beleidsadviseur GIA regionaal beleid ontwikkelen, bestuurlijke overleggen ondersteunen, samenwerking tussen gemeenten en partners coördineren en de aanpak van geweld in afhankelijkheidsrelaties en aanverwante dossiers versterken en implementeren. Wat ga je doen? Geweld hoort nergens thuis. Toch is geweld, gepleegd in afhankelijkheidsrelaties, het meest voorkomende geweld dat in Nederland plaatsvindt en komt voor in alle lagen van de samenleving. De maatschappelijke impact is enorm, er is bijna altijd sprake van problematieken op meerdere leefgebieden en van een langdurig karakter. De aanpak is een complexe opgave waarin veel partijen een rol hebben. Een nauwe en effectieve samenwerking is dus essentieel. Gemeenten hebben hierin een regierol. De regio Noord- en Midden-Limburg is op zoek naar een energieke, verbindende en ervaren professional die als Regionaal beleidsadviseur Geweld in Afhankelijkheidsrelaties (GIA) een sleutelrol speelt in het (door-)ontwikkelen van de aanpak Geweld in Afhankelijkheidsrelaties. In stevige samenwerking met ketenpartners, ambtenaren en bestuurders van de 14 gemeenten zijn de regionale visie Samen voor Veilig en een uitvoeringsplan vastgesteld. Onze missie is om samen met het gezin/ huishouden, gemeenten, onderwijs, zorg- en veiligheidspartners onveiligheid te voorkomen en duurzaam te stoppen. Het gezin/ huishouden staat centraal: wat hebben zij samen, en ieder voor zich, nodig om geweldspatronen te doorbreken en duurzame veiligheid te creëren? De visie en het uitvoeringsplan vormen daarvoor de basis. Jouw impact Als beleidsadviseur heb je een coördinerende rol in samenwerking met de regionale ambtelijke kerngroep GiA in een omgeving die continu in beweging is en steeds andere en nieuwe eisen stelt. Daar moeten we op blijven inspelen en daarin heb jij een belangrijke sleutelpositie. Jouw kennis van het vakgebied en je scherpe analytische vaardigheden zorgen dat jij snel tot de kern van de zaak doord.
