Als Regionaal coördinator AZWA voer je namens de 5 gemeenten regie op de samenwerking met welzijn, GGD, zorgaanbieders en zorgverzekeraars. Het AZWA richt zich op brede preventie met als doel bevordering van welzijn en gezondheid van onze inwoners. Jij bent hierin de spin in het web; je verbindt partijen en stuurt op de uitvoering van de geplande opgaven. Daarbij werk je samen met de ambtenaar 5.0 en de externe projectleider. - Locatie: Doorn en hybride - Uur: 24 - Niveau: hbo-wo - Regionaal coördinator AZWA Wat ga je doen - De totstandkoming van een regionale visie op gezondheid en preventie in relatie tot de gezondheidsdoelen en de regionale Inkoopkoers aanjagen - Sturen op de uitvoering van de Regionale werkagenda AZWA - Adviseren over regionale prioritering en samenhang van de deelopgaven - Accounthouder zijn voor de GGD in de AZWA inclusief aansturing en monitoring[JD1.1][RH1.2] - De ambtelijke afstemming en advisering ondersteunen inclusief de positionering van gemeenten binnen (boven)regionale netwerken. Samen met de ambtenaar 5.0 - De verbinding tussen sociaal domein, gezondheid en zorg bevorderen - Landelijke en bovenregionale ontwikkelingen vertalen naar regionale of lokale opgaven (samen met de ambtenaar 5.0) en gemeenten daarbij ondersteunen - De gezamenlijke regionale belangen behartigen bij (boven)regionale organisaties en netwerken. Samen met de ambtenaar 5.0 - Budgethouder zijn voor de regionale AZWA-middelen - De regionale begroting AZWA opstellen en actualiseren, inclusief voorbereiding besluitvorming en verantwoording.
