The posting

- Expert B - Nederland - Regionaal relatiemanager Bij ProDemos zijn we voor de afdeling Marketing en Communicatie op zoek naar: 3 regionale relatiemanagers (Noord-, Midden- en Zuid-Nederland), elk voor 24 uur per week, tijdelijk voor ruim een jaar (t/m 31 december 2027). ProDemos legt uit hoe de democratische rechtsstaat werkt en heeft een breed aanbod aan educatieve activiteiten in zowel het primair als voortgezet onderwijs en het mbo. Denk aan gastlessen op scholen en rollenspellen op gemeentehuizen en provinciehuizen en in rechtbanken. We willen het bereik van deze lesprogramma's in een aantal kansrijke regio's flink uitbreiden. Om deze ambitie te realiseren, zoeken we drie relatiemanagers die ons netwerk in die regio's gaan vergroten. Help jij deze thema's tot leven te brengen in de klaslokalen van jouw regio? Wat ga je doen? Je maakt deel uit van het team Marketing en Communicatie en werkt intensief samen met de landelijke relatiemanager van ProDemos, die jou functioneel aanstuurt. Samen bepalen jullie de aanpak voor jouw regio, die je vol overtuiging uitvoert. Als regionaal relatiemanager werk je vanuit je eigen woonplaats en reis je door de provincies in jouw regio. Je bezoekt lokale overheden en scholen om nieuwe relaties te initiëren en hen te enthousiasmeren over onze programma's. Ook ga je op zoek naar (oud-)politici en (oud-)rechters die zelf willen bijdragen aan gastlessen op scholen. Je bent in de praktijk bezig met de volgende taken: - Je initieert nieuwe relaties en versterkt bestaande relaties (onder andere door hen te wijzen op andere activiteiten uit ons aanbod). - Je werft (oud-)politici en (oud-)rechters die als ervaringsdeskundigen hun praktijkverhalen willen delen tijdens onze gastlessen. - Je maakt samenwerkingsafspraken met scholen en lokale overheden over het afnemen of faciliteren van onze programma's. - Je zorgt voor een goede overdracht aan het team Projecten, zodat we onze programma's daadwerkel...
