Dan zoeken we jou. Green Circle Salons Benelux groeit hard: we verdubbelen jaarlijks in omvang, en dat momentum kan jij mee vormgeven. Je start bovendien niet vanaf nul: je krijgt een mooie, bestaande klantenportefeuille in je regio mee, waaronder Atelier Geraud, Didier & Rosalinde, Colorbar by Gitte (Gitte Gys), LIV creative hair studio (Martijn Vanzieleghem) , etc., en de ruimte om die regio verder uit te bouwen. Sluit je aan bij het Green Circle Salons-team en word onderdeel van een ambitieus en dynamisch team dat de professionele haarsector in de Benelux verduurzaamt.

Over Green Circle Salons

Green Circle Salons, opgericht in 2009 in Canada, ondersteunt wereldwijd meer dan 16.000 salons bij het circulair verwerken van hun reststromen. Sinds maart 2023 bouwen we dit uit in de Benelux, met een groeiende community van meer dan 400 aangesloten salons in Nederland en België, samen al goed voor meer dan 35 ton opgehaald afval.

Aangesloten salons geven aluminium, kleurresten en geknipt haar een nieuwe bestemming door deze afvalstromen afzonderlijk in te zamelen. Via Green Circle Salons worden ze verwerkt of ingezet voor circulaire toepassingen, zoals de recyclage van aluminium en het gebruik van haar in absorberende matten en nieuwe materialen. Ons doel is salons te helpen verduurzamen en commercieel sterker te maken door kosten te besparen, extra inkomsten te creëren en extra klanten aan te trekken.

Daarnaast werken we samen met grote namen uit de sector, waaronder L'Oréal (via het Hairstylists for the Future-programma), KAO, Kevin Murphy, Davines, Aveda en De Haarstichting, om salons te ondersteunen op weg naar een duurzamere bedrijfsvoering, met concrete rapportage over hun impact.

Wat houdt deze rol in?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Denk aan:

  • Salonbezoeken, fysiek en digitaal, waarbij je samen met de eigenaar de business ontwikkelt;
  • Cold calling en koude acquisitie om nieuwe salons aan boord te krijgen;
  • Aanwezig zijn op events en beurzen van partners zoals L'Oréal, Kevin Murphy, Davines, Aveda, etc.;
  • Leads opvolgen tot en met de onboarding van de salon;
  • Accountanalyses die je vertaalt naar concrete verbeteracties voor klantbetrokkenheid en resultaat.

Je werkt met een helder KPI-kader (outreach, walk-ins, intro's, pipeline), maar hoe je dat invult, bepaal je zelf. Sterker nog: in een start-up ben je mede-eigenaar van het resultaat, niet enkel uitvoerder.

Praktisch

Fulltime, met een mix van thuiswerk en fieldwerk: als sales ben je regelmatig op pad bij salons in je regio, met een auto van de zaak.

Wat wij zoeken in jou

We kijken niet in de eerste plaats naar cv's vol jaren ervaring. We kijken naar mentaliteit:

  • Self-starter: je hebt geen duwtjes in de rug nodig;
  • Gemotiveerd om impact te maken, niet enkel targets af te vinken;
  • Flexibel: taken en prioriteiten verschuiven weleens in een start-up;
  • Sales-driven: je wil je targets overtreffen, niet alleen halen;
  • Teamplayer: je bouwt een echte band op met je collega's, ook al werk je zelfstandig in je eigen regio;
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.

Ervaringsniveau? Compleet open, van junior tot senior. Een diploma in een relevant vakgebied of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring is een plus, ervaring in de sector nog meer.
