About the role As a Regional Account Manager, you will act as the owner of your customer portfolio and serve as the primary contact for mid-sized industrial B2B customers in the confectionery and bakery segments, with additional exposure to dairy and ice cream. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth in both volume and margin, building strong customer relationships, and creating long-term value through innovation and the expansion of the Specialty portfolio. This position covers the West Holland and Utrecht region and reports to the Sales Manager Regional Accounts. This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role based in the Netherlands. The role requires frequent travel within West Holland and Utrecht and occasional travel to Wieze, Belgium.
