Job Highlights - Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands - Rate: €6.5k - 7k per month + gross - Type: Contract Regional Director of Sales (Hotels) Job title: Regional Director of Sales (hotels) Location: Netherlands Salary: €6500-€7000 gross per month (8% holiday allowance included) + bonus Start date: ASAP Our client, a well-established international hotel group with a strong and expanding footprint in the Netherlands has appointed us to identify an exceptional Regional Director of Sales. the Regional Director of Sales will lead the commercial performance of a multi-property portfolio across the region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the sales culture, and strengthening the group's position in key market segments. Key Responsibilities - Own and deliver the regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and market-share growth across a portfolio of hotels - Lead, coach, and develop Sales teams across multiple properties - Drive results across key segments: corporate, MICE, leisure, groups, and OTA/distribution partnerships - Establish pricing, account management, and business development standards in alignment with group commercial strategy - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and industry stakeholders - Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize total top-line performance - Represent the region in quarterly commercial reviews with senior leadership - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging destinations to identify new business opportunities Key requirements: - Experience: 6+ years in hotel sales, including at least 3-5 years in a multi-property, cluster, or regional leadership role within upper-upscale or luxury hospitality - Track record: Demonstrable, measurable success in exceeding sales and revenue targets across a portfolio - Leadership: Proven ability to build...
