In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position fungieren Sie als zentrale Marketing-Drehscheibe für unsere Niederlassungen in der Region Ost und tragen maßgeblich zur Stärkung unserer Marktpräsenz bei. Sie unterstützen unsere Länderorganisationen bei der Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten, stellen eine konsistente externe Kommunikation sicher und sorgen dafür, dass regionale Anforderungen effizient priorisiert, gebündelt und umgesetzt werden.

Das tragen Sie zum Unternehmenserfolg bei * Selbstständige Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Niederlassungen in der Region Ost (bspw. Ungarn, Balkan, Slowakei) aus dem Headquarter - Fokus liegt auf vertriebsunterstützende Marketingaktivitäten und externe Kommunikation * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Teams zur Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Ländern ("Filterfunktion") sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen * Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Marken- und Kommunikationsstrategie über alle Regionen hinweg * Koordination und Steuerung regionaler Marketingprojekte in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen * Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Märkten sowie punktuelle Reisetätigkeit (ca. 2-3 Tage/Monat)

Das sollten Sie mitbringen * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Eventmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einer internationalen oder regionalen Rolle * Starke Kompetenz in externer Kommunikation und vertriebsnahem Marketing * Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu strukturieren, zu priorisieren und klare Entscheidungen zu treffen * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft * Kenntnisse einer osteuropäischen Sprache von Vorteil * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
