Regional Sales Manager

Pour le compte de notre client, un acteur international spécialisé dans les solutions durables de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (HVAC), nous recherchons un Regional Sales Manager francophone. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et serez responsable du développement et de la gestion du portefeuille clients dans votre région. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes et représenterez l'entreprise auprès des clients existants et potentiels, dans le but d'accroître la part de marché et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gestion des ventes : Vous développez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour le marché francophone, en vous appuyant sur les besoins des clients.
  • Relations clients : Vous entretenez et développez des relations solides et durables avec les clients existants et prospects, tant sur le plan technique que commercial.
  • Négociation : Vous négociez les prix, les conditions et les contrats, et concluez des accords avec les clients.
  • Analyse de marché : Vous suivez les tendances du marché, analysez la concurrence et identifiez des opportunités commerciales en fonction de ces informations.
  • Gestion des Account Managers : Vous supervisez et coordonnez le travail des Account Managers dans votre région, en leur fournissant des directives, un soutien et un accompagnement dans leurs démarches commerciales.
  • Collaboration : Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing et techniques pour garantir la satisfaction client et optimiser les solutions produits.
  • Reporting : Vous faites des rapports réguliers auprès du Sales Director et jouez un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des prévisions de ventes et la gestion de votre budget.
  • Expérience : Vous avez au minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale dans le secteur HVAC ou technique.
  • Langues : Vous maîtrisez le français (niveau C1 minimum) et avez de bonnes connaissances en néerlandais et/ou en anglais.
  • Sens commercial : Vous avez une forte orientation commerciale et savez identifier et exploiter les opportunités dans un environnement concurrentiel.
  • Réseautage : Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et êtes capable d'approcher les clients de manière professionnelle et orientée client.
  • Autonomie et proactivité : Vous travaillez de manière autonome, êtes dynamique et savez prendre des initiatives.
  • Affinité technique : Une connaissance des solutions HVAC ou d'autres produits techniques est un atout.
