- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Außendienstteams - Ansprechpartner für Top-Key-Accounts, Key Opinion Leader sowie relevante Stakeholder - Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Zielvereinbarungen und Performance Reviews - Förderung einer motivierenden, leistungsorientierten und zugleich wertschätzenden Teamkultur - Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Umsatz-, Absatz- und Vertriebsziele in Österreich - Entwicklung, Umsetzung und laufende Optimierung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit Vertriebsleitung und Marketing - Analyse von Vertriebskennzahlen, Erstellung von Reports, Forecasts und Marktanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung wichtiger Apothekenkunden sowie Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu relevanten Entscheidern und Partnern - Umsetzung und Kontrolle unserer Marketingmaßnahmen am POS - Aktive Teilnahme und Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Veranstaltungen und Kongressen

Ihre Stärken - Unsere Voraussetzungen:

- Mehrjährige Außendienst- und Führungserfahrung im Pharma- oder OTC-Umfeld - Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Steuerung und Entwicklung von Vertriebsteams - Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick - Motivierende, empathische und zugleich durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit - Analytisches Denken sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vertriebskennzahlen, Reports und Marktanalysen - Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstorganisation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit - Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs sowie Führerschein der Klasse B
