DEINE AUFGABEN * Safety first! - Du achtest auf deine Sicherheit und Gesundheit und die deiner Kolleg*innen * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines regionalen Teams bestehend aus Transportation Planning Leads, Transportation Leads und Fleet Maintenance Specialists sowie Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen und effizienten Umsetzung der Transportaktivitäten über mehrere Standorte hinweg * Verantwortung für die kurz- und mittelfristige Transportplanung, den optimalen Einsatz von Fahrzeugen und Ressourcen sowie die proaktive Steuerung von Kapazitäten, Auslastung und Lieferperformance. * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit mit Transportdienstleister*innen und Logistikpartner*innen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Compliance und Kosteneffizienz * Verantwortung für die Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der regionalen Transportperformance anhand relevanter Kennzahlen wie OTIF, Fahrzeugauslastung, Produktivität, Transportkosten, CO2-Emissionen und Sicherheitsindikatoren * Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit * Unterstützung von Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen durch fundierte Analysen, transparente Berichterstattung sowie die Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management * Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing, Depots, Finance, HR und Safety sowie externen Partner*innen. * Sicherstellung einer effektiven Abstimmung zwischen Kundenanforderungen, operativen Möglichkeiten, Kostenaspekten und Serviceerwartungen * Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Arbeitsweisen innerhalb der Transportorganisation durch den Einsatz von Lean-, TPM- und strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN * Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung * Fundiertes Verständnis für Transport- und Distributionsprozesse; Erfahrungen im FMCG-Umfeld sind von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zu koordinieren und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu internen sowie externen Stakeholder*innen aufzubauen * Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Entscheidungskompetenz * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsansatz mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und operative Exzellenz * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu begleiten * Gute Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
