Aufgaben:

* Kundenberatung mit Herz und Verstand: Sie betreuen und beraten Geschäftskunden im Innen- und Außendienst service- und qualitätsorientiert, um langfristige Partnerschaften zu stärken.

* Gestalten Sie Erfolg: Akquirieren Sie neue Geschäftskunden und bauen Sie bestehende Beziehungen weiter aus - mit Unterstützung eines starken Teams vor Ort.

* Strategie mitgestalten: Arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Umsetzung unserer nationalen Geschäftskundenstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Expertenteam.

* Kommunikation als Schlüssel: Halten Sie interne Teams informiert und sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit in Ihrem MediaMarkt.

* Ihr Beitrag zählt: Steigern Sie das Wachstum durch die Erreichung ambitionierter Verkaufsziele.

* Effizient dokumentieren: Erfassen Sie Kundeninteraktionen und Verkaufsprozesse strukturiert in unserem CRM-System.

* Immer am Puls der Zeit: Vertiefen Sie Ihre Kenntnisse in Vertrieb, Produkten und Prozessen durch Schulungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Branchenpartnern.

* Gemeinsam Erfolge feiern: Koordinieren Sie regionale Kundenevents und bringen Sie sich bei Ausschreibungen ein.

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Sie bringen Vertriebserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Geschäftskundenumfeld - Networking liegt Ihnen im Blut.

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungsgeschick und analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus.

* Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln zielorientiert und lieben es, Projekte mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität voranzutreiben.

* Erfahrung in der Consumer-Electronics-Branche und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
