ZIMM ist ein familiengeführter Spezialist für Antriebstechnik und europäischer Marktführer im Bereich Spindelhubgetriebe.

Mit rund 145 Mitarbeitenden am Standort Lustenau entwickeln und fertigen wir technisch anspruchsvolle Produkte aus Metall, die in unterschiedlichsten Industrieanwendungen weltweit eingesetzt werden. Unsere Antriebslösungen kommen dort zum Einsatz, wo Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision und technische Kompetenz entscheidend sind im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, in der Automatisierung sowie in zahlreichen kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen. Deine Aufgaben

* Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Umsatz, Marktentwicklung und Zielerreichung in deiner Region.

* Du führst und entwickelst unser Vertriebs-Team im Innen- und Außendienst.

* Du beobachtest Markt, Wettbewerb und Kundenentwicklungen und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

* Du entwickelst Verkaufsgebiete strategisch weiter und erkennst neue Anwendungen und Potenziale für unsere Produkte.

* Du begleitest Schlüsselkunden, unterstützt bei wichtigen Verhandlungen und bringst Struktur in die regionale Vertriebsarbeit.

* Du setzt klare Vertriebsziele, verfolgst Kennzahlen und steuerst Maßnahmen konsequent nach.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Technik, Service und weiteren internen Schnittstellen zusammen.

* Du repräsentierst ZIMM bei Kunden, auf Messen und bei relevanten Veranstaltungen.

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb - idealerweise im Maschinenbau oder in einem ähnlichen industriellen Umfeld.

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern oder zumindest das klare Potenzial, Teams gut zu führen.

* Ein gutes Gespür für Märkte, Kunden und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

* Klarheit in der Kommunikation, sicheres Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Menschen mitzunehmen.

* Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungskraft und den Willen, Dinge voranzubringen.

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region.

* Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau.
