Voor een innovatieve speler actief binnen duurzame energie zoeken wij een Regioverantwoordelijke Service in Temse. In deze functie combineer je planning, technische ondersteuning en teamcoördinatie binnen een internationale omgeving waar duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je organiseert en plant preventieve, periodieke en curatieve onderhoudsinterventies binnen jouw regio.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt technische ondersteuning vanop afstand.
  • Je analyseert technische vragen en zorgt ervoor dat servicetechniekers met de juiste informatie, materialen en onderdelen op pad gaan.
  • Je ondersteunt externe service- en verkooppartners binnen jouw regio.
  • Je begeleidt mee de opstart en indienststelling van nieuwe installaties.
  • Je organiseert technische opleidingen voor klanten.
  • Je volgt installaties proactief op via een monitoringsplatform en plant waar nodig preventieve interventies.
  • Je behandelt klachten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je draait mee in een beurtrolsysteem voor wachtdiensten buiten de normale werkuren.
  • Je verzamelt feedback uit het werkveld en koppelt deze terug naar de interne diensten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en/of hydraulica.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Ervaring binnen de landbouwsector of affiniteit met landbouw is een pluspunt.
