Als regioverantwoordelijke flex / verantwoordelijke huisbezoeken zorg je mee voor de continuïteit van de werking binnen thuiszorg in de provincie Antwerpen & Vlaams Brabant. Je springt in waar het druk is of waar een collega tijdelijk afwezig is, en je ondersteunt teams vanuit ons kantoor in Willebroek. Deze periodes wissel je af met periodes waarin je huisbezoeken uitvoert bij klanten met een zorgbehoefte. Je combineert organisatie en people management met een mensgerichte aanpak: je motiveert medewerkers, bewaakt planningen en onderhoudt contacten met cliënten en doorverwijzers. Dankzij jouw overzicht blijft de dienstverlening betrouwbaar en goed afgestemd op de klant.

Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • je zorgt mee voor de continuïteit van onze werking gezinszorg/poetsdienst waar een collega tijdelijk afwezig is of waar het extra druk is;
  • je maakt planningen op en volgt verlof, bezetting en inzetbaarheid op voor een team van 30-35 medewerkers;
  • je voert huisbezoeken uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit en afstemming van de dienstverlening;
  • je voert gesprekken met medewerkers rond functioneren, welbevinden en ontwikkeling;
  • je motiveert, enthousiasmeert en stuurt bij waar nodig, met aandacht voor teamdynamiek;
  • je speelt in op noden en wensen van cliënten vanuit het volledige aanbod van Korian Home Care;
  • je onderhoudt contacten met medewerkers, cliënten en doorverwijzers;
  • je volgt opleiding en inwerktrajecten vanuit de kantoren in Willebroek.

Als regioverantwoordelijke flex draag je bij aan de continuïteit van de gezinszorg of poetsdienst binnen jouw regio. Je maakt planningen op, ondersteunt medewerkers, voert huisbezoeken uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Je motiveert teams en onderhoudt contacten met cliënten en doorverwijzers. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een betrouwbare en mensgerichte dienstverlening. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en mensgericht binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je teams aanstuurt en dienstverlening op elkaar afstemt.

Verder vragen wij:

  • je beschikt over minimaal een bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur zorg gerelateerd);
  • je kan zelfstandig werken en initiatief nemen;
  • je bent flexibel en betrokken;
  • je kan zeer goed plannen en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen;
  • je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
