Als Regioverantwoordelijke ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze winkelverantwoordelijken, interne diensten en het management. Je volgt verschillende winkels binnen jouw regio op en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de mensen als de resultaten groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coacht en ondersteunt de winkelverantwoordelijken in de dagelijkse aansturing van hun team.
  • Je volgt de resultaten van jouw winkels op en werkt samen met de verantwoordelijken rond omzet, personeelskost en derving.
  • Je analyseert cijfers, ziet verbeterkansen en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Je bewaakt een kwalitatieve, klantvriendelijke en uniforme werking van onze winkels.
  • Je volgt de personeelsplanning mee op en helpt oplossingen zoeken bij onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van afspraken rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee over acties, verbeteringen en nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de winkels en weet daardoor wat er leeft op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende functie, bij voorkeur binnen retail, voeding of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent een echte peoplemanager: motiveren, coachen en mensen laten groeien geven jou energie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel bij het analyseren van cijfers en resultaten.
  • Je communiceert vlot, durft beslissingen te nemen en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, houdt het overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende winkels en prioriteiten.
  • Een bachelordiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
