Tegelijkertijd werken we als gemeente samen met woningcorporaties en ontwikkelaars aan sterke, leefbare en toekomstbestendige wijken. Daarbij liggen er belangrijke vraagstukken op het gebied van leefbaarheid, duurzaamheid en huisvesting van aandachtsgroepen. Werk jij graag op het snijvlak van beleid, bestuur en samenwerking? Ben jij een procesregisseur die energie krijgt van het verbinden van partijen, belangen weet samen te brengen en maatschappelijke resultaten realiseert? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Als Regisseur Wonen & Corporaties vervul je een centrale rol in de samenwerking tussen de gemeente Dordrecht en de woningcorporaties. Je bent een strategische gesprekspartner, adviseert bestuurders en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat gezamenlijke ambities worden vertaald naar concrete afspraken en zichtbare resultaten. Waar kom je te werken? Aan de slag bij de gemeente Dordrecht. Niet zomaar een stad. Een eiland. Een stad met verborgen kwaliteiten. Een stad waar bijzondere dingen gebeuren.
