Maak de declaratieketen slimmer, beter en efficiënter Afspraken met zorgverzekeraars hebben direct invloed op onze zorgverlening, administratie en declaraties. Om deze afspraken goed te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk zoeken wij een verbindende regisseur die overzicht houdt, knelpunten doorbreekt en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk realiseert. Als Regisseur Declaratieketen en Zorg onderhoud je contact met zorgverzekeraars en zorgkantoren én breng je binnen Livit de juiste afdelingen samen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat afspraken duidelijk, uitvoerbaar en goed geborgd zijn. Jouw rol Je hebt zicht op de hele keten van orderregistratie tot declaratie en betaling. Daarbij bundel en herken je terugkerende knelpunten, analyseer je oorzaken en vertaal je deze naar concrete verbetervoorstellen. Je werkt nauw samen met Customer Support, Declaratiebeheer, procesmanagement, Business Information Management en de operationele organisatie. Ook werk je samen met de Clinical & Sales Director en de Directeur Zorg en Allianties. Je sluit veelal aan bij bestaande, periodieke overleggen. Daar haal je signalen, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden op en verbind je de verschillende perspectieven binnen de keten. Tijdens je inwerktraject loop je mee met de verschillende afdelingen waarmee je gaat samenwerken. Zo leer je de bestaande situatie, processen en belangen goed kennen en vorm je een helder beeld van de kansen voor verbetering. Je legt jouw analyses en verbetervoorstellen voor aan de CFO, die ook jouw leidinggevende is. Je hebt geen hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid, maar krijgt mensen wel in beweging.
