Gemeente Maassluis wil zich versterken met een ervaren regisseur energietransitie en duurzaamheid die strategische ambities weet te vertalen naar concrete resultaten. In deze veelzijdige opdracht komen programmasturing, bestuurlijke advisering en organisatieontwikkeling samen. De regisseur speelt een sleutelrol in het verbinden van duurzaamheidsprojecten, regionale samenwerkingen en interne organisatieveranderingen. Een uitdagende opdracht voor een strategische professional die daadwerkelijk impact wil maken op de duurzame toekomst van Maassluis. Wat ga je doen? Als regisseur energietransitie en duurzaamheid ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische regie op de gemeentelijke duurzaamheidsopgaven, met bijzondere aandacht voor de energie- en warmtetransitie. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen projecten, programma's, beschikbare middelen en capaciteit en zorgt ervoor dat ambities worden vertaald naar een effectieve en toekomstbestendige aanpak. Je vervult een verbindende rol tussen bestuur, directie, beleidsadviseurs en externe samenwerkingspartners. Daarbij combineer je strategische advisering met programmatische sturing en begeleid je de verdere ontwikkeling van duurzaamheid binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie.
