Samenvatting opdracht De gemeente Zutphen zoekt een ervaren Regisseur Jaarrekening / Strategisch Financieel Adviseur voor de jaarrekening 2026. De professional is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, totstandkoming en kwaliteitsborging van de jaarrekening 2026. Fungeert als belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de controlerend accountant en coördineert de afhandeling van accountantsvragen binnen de organisatie. Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en bestuurlijke afstemming van de jaarstukken richting vaststelling is essentieel. Zorgdragen voor tijdige verzending aan de provincie en effectieve afstemming met interne stakeholders (beleids- en financiële afdelingen). Vereist profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring met opstellen en coördineren van gemeentelijke jaarrekeningen (gemeentelijke verslaggeving, BBV/RJ) - bij voorkeur meerdere jaren binnen de publieke sector. - Ervaring als aanspreekpunt voor controlerend accountant en bewezen vaardigheid in het afhandelen van accountantsvragen en audits. - Sterke project- en procesmanagementvaardigheden: planning, kwaliteitsbewaking, risicoanalyse en fasering richting vaststelling. - Bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en communicatief sterk: kan complexe financiële materie helder vertalen naar bestuur en dossierhouders. - Analytisch en cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht. - Opleidingsniveau HBO/WO richting Finance, Accounting, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar. - Beschikbaarheid gericht op afronding jaarrekening 2026 en woonachtig of bereid om op locatie in Zutphen (Gelderland) te werken. - Zakelijk vloeiend Nederlands; ervaring met gemeentelijke systemen en rapportagetools is een pré.
