Ter versterking van ons domein Sociaal Domein zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Regisseur Organisatieontwikkeling en Procesoptimalisatie. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - De huidige werkprocessen, taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen ondersteuning en toetsing voor Wmo en Jeugd in samenhang analyseert en in beeld brengt - Knelpunten, doublures en kansen voor vereenvoudiging, standaardisatie, automatisering en taakverschuiving identificeert - Medewerkers en stakeholders begeleidt bij het verkennen van verbeterkansen en het ontwikkelen van toekomstgerichte werkwijzen - Werksessies en dialoogbijeenkomsten organiseert om praktijkervaringen en verbetersuggesties op te halen - Draagvlak en betrokkenheid creëert en medewerkers begeleidt bij de introductie van nieuwe werkwijzen - De gevolgen van veranderingen voor rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, samenwerking en benodigde competenties onderzoekt - Het management ondersteunt met onderbouwde scenario's en adviezen over de toekomstige inrichting van werkzaamheden - Procesverbeteringen bewaakt met oog voor werkbaarheid, kwaliteit en medewerkersbetrokkenheid - Kennisontwikkeling binnen het team begeleidt en concrete voorstellen voor procesoptimalisatie en toekomstige rol- en taakinvulling uitwerkt Je verbindt procesanalyse en organisatieontwikkeling met aandacht voor de menselijke impact van verandering.
