Kerntaken - Coördineren van de P&C-jaarkalender: begroting, meerjarenraming, rolling forecast en periodieke afsluiting. - Ontwikkelen en bewaken van KPI's, dashboards en managementrapportages. - Analyseren van financiële en operationele resultaten; signaleren van afwijkingen en adviseren over bijsturing. - Standaardiseren en verbeteren van processen, datakwaliteit en governance binnen P&C. - Faciliteren van afstemming met stakeholders (controllers, budgethouders, MT) en borgen van deadlines. - Ondersteunen bij businesscases, investeringsvoorstellen en scenario-analyses.
