BlueTrail Regisseur Organisatieontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie 24 u p/w (zzp) Overijssel 16 - 24u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Team Het team BST (Bijzonder Onderzoek Support en Toetsing) bestaat uit ongeveer 30 medewerkers. De opdracht richt zich echter op de clusters Ondersteuning en Toetsing. Zij verrichten werkzaamheden voor de teams Jeugd en Wmo. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Het verzorgen van een correcte verslaglegging van MDO's, huisverboden en planning; - Toetsen van indicaties; - Het verrichten van administratieve handelingen. In de loop der jaren zijn taken historisch gegroeid. Daarnaast is sinds januari 2025 de sociale basis naar Wijkracht Hengelo gegaan en dit heeft tot een verschuiving van werkzaamheden geleid. Hierdoor worden momenteel werkzaamheden uitgevoerd die in kaart moeten worden gebracht en er dient gekeken te worden of de clusters efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden. Weliswaar zijn processen beschreven in de huidige situatie, maar er is nog geen integrale herijking uitgevoerd vanuit de gewenste situatie: welke taken horen waar, welke rollen zijn nodig en welke werkzaamheden kunnen worden vereenvoudigd, geautomatiseerd of verplaatst. Opdracht Als Regisseur procesbegeleider BST ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van het cluster Support en Toetsing. De Regisseur begeleidt de organisatie tijdens de verkenning naar een toekomstbestendige inrichting van ondersteuning en toetsing binnen Wmo en Jeugd. De regisseur vormt de verbindende schakel tussen projectleiding, management en medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat procesanalyse, veranderkundige vraagstukken en organisatorische impact in samenhang worden bekeken. De opdracht richt zich nadrukkelijk op de menselijke kant van verandering én de bedrijfsmatige kant van de optimalisatie van werkzaamheden en processen.
