Hoe geven we mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt meer kansen op duurzaam werk? Hoe helpen we werkgevers om die kansen mee te creëren? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat de juiste organisaties elkaar in onze regio vinden?

Vlotter zoekt een regisseur werk en sociale economie die samen met de lokale besturen van Aartselaar, Boom, Hemiksem, Niel en Rumst antwoorden op die vragen uitwerkt. Je verbindt beleid en praktijk: je brengt partners samen, vertaalt lokale noden naar gezamenlijke acties en helpt de resultaten zichtbaar te maken.

Als regisseur werk en sociale economie ondersteun je de vijf gemeenten bij de ontwikkeling van een gedragen regionaal beleid. Je houdt daarbij zowel de sociale economie als de reguliere arbeidsmarkt in het vizier.

Je werkt rond drie centrale doelstellingen:

  • Meer kansen op werk. Je helpt drempels naar werk in kaart te brengen en weg te nemen, in het bijzonder voor leefloongerechtigden, niet-beroepsactieve personen en mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Je stimuleert trajecten naar passend en duurzaam werk, binnen de sociale economie én bij reguliere werkgevers.
  • Ruimte voor inclusief ondernemerschap. Je brengt werkgevers, sociale-economieondernemingen en lokale besturen met elkaar in contact. Je verkent kansen voor samenwerking, sociaal ondernemen, maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen en inclusieve werkvloeren.
  • Sterke regionale partnerschappen. Je versterkt de samenwerking met VDAB en andere arbeidsmarktactoren en zorgt voor afstemming tussen de vijf lokale besturen. Je volgt gezamenlijke afspraken op en helpt partners om van plannen tot acties te komen.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Je organiseert en begeleidt overleg met lokale besturen, OCMW’s, VDAB, werkgevers, sociale-economieondernemingen en andere partners.
  • Je brengt regionale uitdagingen, bestaande initiatieven en kansen voor samenwerking in kaart.
  • Je vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar haalbare acties op maat van de Rupelstreek en Aartselaar.
  • Je volgt projecten en samenwerkingsafspraken op en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je adviseert de betrokken besturen over ontwikkelingen en mogelijkheden binnen werk en sociale economie.
  • Je deelt kennis en goede praktijken tussen de gemeenten en hun partners.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een verbinder die mensen rond een gemeenschappelijk doel samenbrengt. Je luistert goed, ziet waar belangen elkaar raken en durft initiatief te nemen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, houdt overzicht over verschillende dossiers en communiceert helder met zowel beleidsmakers als partners op het terrein.

Je hebt voeling met werk, activering en sociale economie. Ervaring met lokale besturen, regionale samenwerking en arbeidsmarktprojecten is een troef.

Je ben in het bezit van een master diploma.
