Als Regisseur Zorg en Veiligheid op opvanglocatie De Biester in Gieten combineer je zorginhoudelijke expertise met coördinatie en dagelijkse aansturing. Je signaleert zorgvragen, houdt zicht op veiligheidsrisico's en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Voor de tijdelijke vervanging van een collega tijdens zwangerschapsverlof zoeken we een ervaren professional met een duidelijke achtergrond in de zorg. Je hebt kennis van verschillende zorgkaders, weet wanneer specialistische hulp nodig is en kunt de juiste verbinding leggen met zorgaanbieders en andere betrokken organisaties. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar de situatie van een individuele bewoner, maar ook naar de veiligheid en het functioneren van de opvanglocatie als geheel. Samen met de locatiecoördinator zorg je voor een goed georganiseerde dagelijkse praktijk. Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar voor bewoners, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. Wanneer situaties ingewikkeld worden, breng jij rust en overzicht. Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij complexe casuïstiek en helpt hen om vanuit een passende zorginhoudelijke aanpak te handelen.
