Je begeleidt klanten bij verkoop en aankoop, voert waardebepalingen en taxaties uit en houdt zelf de regie over je trajecten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met een binnendienst die ondersteunt bij onder andere agendabeheer, dossiers en administratieve processen. Zo houd jij ruimte voor waar je als makelaar het verschil maakt: klantcontact, advies, onderhandelingen en het vak zelf. Kuyper & Blom is al ruim twintig jaar actief in Heiloo en omgeving. Het kantoor heeft een groot netwerk, een brede positie binnen de woningmarkt en voldoende werk om een ervaren RMT direct een belangrijke plek binnen het team te geven. Jouw rol Als Register Makelaar Taxateur beheer je zelfstandig je eigen portefeuille en krijg je de ruimte om die verder uit te bouwen. Er is voldoende werk om direct mee te draaien. Vanuit die basis pak je je eigen klanten en trajecten op en houd je zelf de regie over het proces. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - zelfstandig begeleiden van verkooptrajecten; - adviseren en begeleiden van aankoopklanten; - voeren van verkoopgesprekken en waardebepalingen; - uitvoeren van taxaties; - begeleiden van bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen; - onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties en ...
