Jobomschrijving

In deze gespecialiseerde functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van terugbetalingen aan onze klanten en het beheer van facturen van onze dienstverleners en partners.

Je taken zijn

  • Analyse en beheer van A tot Z van verzoeken om terugbetaling van technische kosten in verband met pechhulp of een schadegeval thuis.
  • Analyse en beheer van facturen van dienstverleners en partners.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, partners en dienstverleners in België en in het buitenland.
  • Correcte administratieve opvolging en naleving van de GDPR en de conformiteitsvereisten.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van processen en de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen

Je bent zelfstandig, dynamisch, goed georganiseerd en in staat om complexe dossiers snel te analyseren. U hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zet u graag in voor klanten en uw team.

Om verder te gaan:

  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van facturen, terugbetalingen en technische dossiers
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken en je leert graag bij
  • Je bent flexibel, gestructureerd en in staat om met verschillende prioriteiten te jongleren
