Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine verlässliche Persönlichkeit, die mit Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zur Sauberkeit und zum Wohlbefinden in unserer Einrichtung beiträgt.

Als Reinigungskraft sorgen Sie für Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Ordnung in unserer Einrichtung und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohner_innen, sowie zu einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten in Bewohnerzimmern, Sanitäranlagen, sowie Allgemeinbereichen

* Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene- und Reinigungsstandards

* Fachgerechte Müllentsorgung sowie Nachfüllen von Verbrauchsmaterialien

* Reinigung von Gängen, Stigenhäusern und weiteren definierten Bereichen

* Sorgsamer Umgang mit Reinigungsmitteln und -geräten

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung gemäß internen Vorgaben

Ihre Qualifikation und Stärken:

* Erste Erfahrung im Reinigungsbereich von Vorteil

* Zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag

* Freundliches Auftreten, sowie respektvoller Umgang mit Bewohner_innen und Kolleg_innen

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Das Mindestbruttogehalt beträgt €2.204,84 auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Stunden/Woche)zuzüglich variabler Zuschläge (z.B Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird im persönlichen Gespräch entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
