Je helpt onze (internationale) klanten met het vinden én boeken van hun droomcruise. Van eerste aanvraag tot boeking: jij regelt het. In deze dynamische rol als Cruise Specialist (of Reisadviseur / TravelConsultant ) adviseer je over bestemmingen, schepen en hutten, werk je offertes uit en bel je klanten om alles door te nemen. Hoe zou jij de vakantie van de klant nét even extra bijzonder kunnen maken? Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak, snelheid en oog voor detail maak je van een aanvraag een boeking en zorg je voor 100% klanttevredenheid. Natuurlijk zorgen wij ook dat je kennis op peil blijft. Regelmatig worden trainingen georganiseerd door onze partners bij ons op kantoor in Rotterdam en ga je op scheepsbezoek. Maar niets gaat natuurlijk boven een persoonlijke cruise-ervaring. Eventjes de cocktails testen, de heerlijkste gerechten uitproberen, een sprong wagen in het zwembad, racen over de kartbaan om uiteindelijk heerlijk te slapen in een comfortabel bed. Wat ga je doen? Je dag start met een check-in met het sales team en de gezamenlijke daily huddle met service en andere collega's ☕. Daarna ligt de focus op nieuwe aanvragen en lopende offertes. Er is veel contact met klanten: bellen, mailen en adviseren over hun ideale cruise. Wensen worden vertaald naar passende voorstellen, met aandacht voor bestemmingen, schepen en hutten. Van eerste aanvraag tot boeking wordt het volledige traject begeleid. Als reisspecialist en eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant zorg je voor snelle opvolging, overzicht en een zorgvuldige begeleiding van iedere aanvraag richting een boeking.
