Met jouw kennis van reizen, persoonlijke aandacht en enthousiasme maak je van vakantieplannen een vakantie om naar uit te kijken. Ondertussen reis jij vanaf je werkplek de hele wereld over. Check(-in), maar wat ga je dan precies doen? This world is our home. Als Reisadviseur ben jij ben jij hét vertrouwde gezicht en aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. In de winkel, telefonisch én online: jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten persoonlijk en goed geholpen worden. Je luistert, vraagt door en weet precies te achterhalen waar iemand naar op zoek is. Met jouw commerciële blik en persoonlijke service maak je het verschil. Of een klant nu de winkel binnenstapt om een vakantie te boeken, telefonisch contact opneemt met een vraag of online onze hulp zoekt: jij zorgt voor een fijne ervaring en helpt de klant graag verder. Jij helpt onze klanten de wereld zorgeloos te ontdekken door: - Klanten persoonlijk te adviseren en in de winkel te helpen bij het vinden en boeken van hun volgende vakantie; - Net dat stapje extra te zetten en mee te denken over alles wat hun vakantie compleet en zorgeloos maakt; - Klanten in de winkel, telefonisch én online te helpen met vragen over bijvoorbeeld stoelreserveringen, bagage, transfers of wijzigingen in hun boeking; - Commerciële kansen te herkennen en klanten enthousiast te maken over de mogelijkheden die bij hun wensen passen; - Te bouwen aan een goede klantrelatie, zodat klanten voor hun volgende vakantie graag weer bij jou terug komen. Onze klanten zijn er natuurlijk niet alleen van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Daarom zijn onze winkels ook op zaterdagen en tijdens koopavonden geopend.
