  • Als reizende assistent showroom manager ondersteun je showroom managers in onze verschillende filialen in de regio Brussel, Vlaams-Brabant, Waals-Brabant en Namen.
  • Als Assistent Showroom Manager fungeer je als rechterhand van de Showroom Manager wanneer je in de showroom aanwezig bent. In duo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van de winkel en de actieve verkoop in de showroom. Je motiveert en stuurt een winkelteam aan.
  • Je neemt deze verantwoordelijkheid ten volle op en haalt samen met je medewerkers het maximum verkoopresultaat door de unieke badkamerdroom van elke klant te realiseren.
  • Je houdt van verkopen en neemt een voorbeeldrol op tegenover je collega’s door professioneel advies te verlenen, je positief op te stellen en klantgericht te handelen.
  • Ook na verkoop blijf jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze klanten. Vanuit de showroom zorg je voor een uitstekende service via mail, telefoon en andere kanalen.
  • Zorg dragen voor een propere winkel, correcte prijsaanduidingen en opvallend promotiemateriaal.
  • Meewerken aan wat nodig is om onze klanten te verrassen.

  • Je hebt ervaring in de verkoop, idealiter van investeringsgoederen (keukens, badkamers, elektro,...).
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een meerwaarde.
  • Omdat je zowel in Nederlandstalige als Franstalige showrooms werkt, kan je je vlot uitdrukken in beide talen.
  • Je hebt passie voor de klant en houdt ervan om de verwachtingen van de klant te overstijgen.
  • Je hebt feeling voor interieur en weet je snel in te werken in het productassortiment om als X²O-ambassadeur mensen te adviseren.
  • Je denkt commercieel, handelt klantgericht en weet hoe een verkoop af te sluiten.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken voor niet-verkoopgerichte opdrachten.
  • Je verplaatst je naar de verschillende showrooms in de regio Brussel, Vlaams-Brabant, Waals-Brabant en Namen. Idealiter woon je in de regio Brussel- Leuven zodat je vlot ter plaatse geraakt.
