Ihre Aufgaben sind vielseitig:

- Umsetzung der grundsätzlichen Qualitätsstandards zum Kunden unter Einhaltung der

Kundenanforderung sowie IATF 16949 und ISO 9001.

- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitungen, Fachabteilungen und internationalen

Kunden.

- Besondere Qualitätsprüfungen beim Kunden Vorort.

- Pflege und Bearbeitung von Kundenportalen sowie Berücksichtigung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen

und Normen.

- Erstellung von Reports 8D.

- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Produkt-, Prozess- und

Kundenaudits.

- Analyse von Reklamationen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Korrektur- und

Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

- Einführung und Änderung von Prüfvorschriften/Qualitätssicherungsplänen/QM Dokumentation anhand

der Kundenreklamationen.

Ihr Profil überzeugt uns durch:

- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens auf HTL-Niveau, idealerweise FH oder

Universität).

- Automotive-Auditor bzw. Prozessauditor nach VDA 6.3 wünschenswert.

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why) sowie Erfahrung mit

relevanten Normen (IATF 16949, ISO 9001/2015).

- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoff-Spritzguss.

- Strukturierte, kreative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Ausdauer.

- Praxiserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Automotive-Bereich sowie zum Kunden.

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen.

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungssicherheit, Durchsetzungsstärke und

Teamorientierung.

Entlohnung:

Wir bezahlen Ihnen ein marktadäquates Gehalt lt. KV in der Höhe von mindestens € 4.000,- brutto/Monat. Ihr attraktives Gehaltspaket orientiert sich an Ihrer individuellen Berufserfahrung und Ihrem Qualifikationsprofil. Unser Angebot klingt interessant?
