Wir suchen 1 Reklamationsmanager_in - ULBRICHTS AUTOMOTIVE Als Mitarbeiter_in im Qualitätsmanagement bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Unternehmen und tragen dazu bei, die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied im Bereich der Kundenqualität Automotive.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mind. HTL-Niveau, vorzugsweise FH/Uni)

* Idealerweise Ausbildung zum Auditor Automotive, Prozessauditor VDA 6.3

* Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Werkzeuge (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why) und Zertifizierungen (IATF 16949, ISO 9001/2015)

* Kunststoff-Spritzguss Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Kreativer Ansatz, Hartnäckigkeit und Eigeninitiative

* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Automotive-Bereich sowie zum Kunden

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Ihre Aufgaben

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teamleitern und Fachbereichen sowie diversen Kunden

* Umsetzung der grundsätzlichen Qualitätsstandards zum Kunden unter Einhaltung der Kundenanforderung sowie IATF 16949 und ISO 9001

* Besondere Qualitätsprüfungen beim Kunden Vorort

* Eigenständiges erstellen von 8D Reports

* Bearbeitung der Kundenportale sowie Normenkenntnis der einzelnen Kunden

* Mitwirkung und Vorbereitung bei Produkt-, Prozess- und Kundenaudits

* Analyse und Auswertungen von Reklamationen sowie die Einleitung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Einführung und Änderung von Prüfvorschriften/Qualitätssicherungsplänen/QM Dokumentation anhand der Kundenreklamationen
