FUNCTIONS: To attend directly to guests, to respond to their needs, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, to be the channel of communication with the guest, to provide the customer with a close and personalised service, and, whenever possible, to build customer loyalty and ensure that they repeat their stay. REQUISITOS: Enseñanzas universitarias segundo ciclo o grado relacionado con hostelería. 1 año de experiencia demostrable.Permiso conducir B y vehículo propio. Nivel B2 de inglés y de alemán. REQUIREMENTS:Second-cycle university studies or university degree related to hospitality.1 year of demonstrable experience.Driving licence B and own vehicle. B2 of English and German. CONDICIONES: Contrato fijo discontinuo de 6 meses (inicio 15/03/2024) Salario: 27.818¤/ brutos anuales. Jornada completa y por turnos, 40h/semana. Lugar de trabajo:Mallorca.
