Wat je doet Als Relatie Adviseur Particulier ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze particuliere klanten. Je analyseert hun wensen en risico's, vertaalt deze naar passende verzekeringsoplossingen en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op. Met jouw overtuigingskracht en communicatieve flexibiliteit zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord en goed geholpen voelen, terwijl je actief commerciële kansen benut. Hoewel je een vaste standplaats krijgt, werk je flexibel: wanneer een klant liever op een van onze andere kantoren afspreekt, reis jij met plezier naar hen toe. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die actief wil zijn binnen het werkgebied Volkel. Jouw drie belangrijkste taken: 1. Klanten beheren én adviseren Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande klanten, actualiseert hun verzekeringspakket en bespreekt offertes op een duidelijke, klantgerichte manier. Uiteraard zorg je voor een correcte nazorg. 2. Commerciële mogelijkheden signaleren en benutten Je herkent commerciële mogelijkheden, zoals aanvullende of nieuwe verzekeringen, en weet deze op een natuurlijke en overtuigende manier onder de aandacht te brengen. 3. Groeien van het relatiebestand Je zet prospects om in nieuwe klanten en initieert gerichte commerciële acties om het relatiebestand te versterken en verder te laten groeien.
