Functieomschrijving: Ben jij een enthousiaste en klantgerichte go-getter met een commerciële inslag? Wil je werken in een klein team waar jouw bijdrage echt telt? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als commercieel medewerker / relatiebeheerder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je helpt hen met hun vragen, adviseert hen over onze producten en diensten en bouwt een sterke relatie met hen op. Jouw doel is om klanten te helpen hun financiële doelen te bereiken.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Grondige opleiding en ontwikkeling: Start met een intensief leertraject van 6 maanden (of minder, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring), gevolgd door een jaar waarin je je verder kunt ontwikkelen tot een ervaren relatiebeheerder. We investeren in jouw groei en bieden doorlopende trainingsmogelijkheden. Ben je reeds (ruim) ervaren, is dat een plus!
  • Fulltime positie in een klein team: Werk fulltime in een klein, hecht team waar samenwerking en teamspirit centraal staan.
  • Geen koude acquisitie: Bij ons draait het om het opbouwen van diepgaande klantrelaties en vertrouwen. Je hoeft geen koude acquisitie te doen.
  • Flexibele werkuren: Mogelijkheid tot glijdende werkuren, maar thuiswerken is beperkt. Wel werk je om de twee weken op zaterdagochtend.
  • Nieuwe uitdaging: Een unieke kans om te groeien in een nieuwe functie binnen ons kantoor. Jouw inbreng en ideeën worden gewaardeerd.
  • Persoonlijke werksfeer: Werk in een kleinschalig team waar persoonlijke interactie en samenwerking belangrijk zijn.

Wie jij bent:

  • Klantgericht en betrouwbaar: Je straalt vertrouwen uit naar klanten en luistert goed naar hun wensen.
  • Commercieel inzicht: Je hebt een commerciële instelling en kunt strategische plannen maken en uitvoeren.
  • Leergierig en ambitieus: Bereid om tijd te investeren in jezelf en continu te leren en te groeien.
  • Deskundig en vaardig: Je hebt interesse in minstens twee van de volgende drie gebieden: bankieren, beleggen, verzekeren en kredieten.
  • Flexibel: Je kunt omgaan met glijdende uren en bent bereid om om de twee weken op zaterdagochtend te werken.
  • Proactief en meedenkend: Je denkt mee met het kantoor en helpt actief mee om onze doelen te bereiken.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag in een klein, hecht team en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.

Jouw Profiel:

  • Een diploma in een financiële richting (bachelor of master) is vereist.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een groot pluspunt.
  • Schoolverlaters die gedreven en ambitieus zijn, worden ook aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
