Je kent jouw klanten, weet wat er speelt en denkt vooruit. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid voelen klanten zich gehoord en geholpen, terwijl je intern de juiste collega's weet te verbinden om samen de beste dienstverlening te bieden. Voor ons kantoor in Harderwijk zoeken wij een Relatiebeheerder die energie krijgt van klantcontact, graag meedenkt en wil bijdragen aan de verdere groei van Flexhub. Wat ga je doen? Als Relatiebeheerder ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties, signaleert kansen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal gebruikmaken van onze dienstverlening. Je weet wat er speelt, schakelt snel en brengt de juiste collega's bij elkaar om vragen en uitdagingen op te lossen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties, door regelmatig contact te hebben en klanten op locatie te bezoeken; - Het signaleren van kansen en behoeften, zodat je klanten proactief kunt adviseren en ondersteunen; - Het begeleiden van nieuwe klanten, van onboarding tot een succesvolle inrichting van onze dienstverlening; - Het geven van softwaredemo's en het begeleiden van klanten bij de implementatie van onze systemen; - Het afstemmen met interne afdelingen, zodat processen soepel verlopen en klanten de beste service ontvangen; - Het bespreken van contractverlengingen en wijzigingen en het signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Het bewaken van de klanttevredenheid en het continu verbeteren van de samenwerking.
