Een professional die niet alleen sterk is in financiële administratie en jaarrekeningen, maar ook graag naast ondernemers staat. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, klantrelaties op te bouwen en ondernemers daadwerkelijk verder te helpen. Je bent hun financiële sparringpartner en weet cijfers te vertalen naar inzichten, mogelijkheden en concrete vervolgstappen. De organisatie Je komt terecht bij een betrokken accountants- en advieskantoor met een brede klantenportefeuille binnen het mkb. De organisatie werkt met korte lijnen, een informele cultuur en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Deskundigheid staat centraal, maar er is ook volop aandacht voor samenwerking, ontwikkeling en een prettige werksfeer. De organisatie is volop in beweging en investeert in moderne technologieën en verdere professionalisering van de dienstverlening. Daardoor ontstaat ruimte voor iemand die graag meedenkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en verder kijkt dan de traditionele boekhouding. Functie-informatie: Jouw rol Als Relatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het financiële reilen en zeilen van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met ondernemers, kent hun organisatie en denkt actief mee over hun financiële en bedrijfsmatige vraagstukken. Je bent dus niet alleen gericht op het afronden van werkzaamheden, maar ook op de vraag achter de cijfers. Waar liggen kansen? Waar kunnen processen beter?
