  • Breng structuur in complexe dossiers en fungeer als strategische sparringpartner.
  • Detecteer opportuniteiten en zet ze om in concrete voorstellen op maat.
  • Coördineer administratieve processen en bewaak deadlines en kwaliteit.
  • Ondersteun en coach collega’s in hun groei – samen maken we het verschil.
  • Denk mee over de interne werking van ons kantoor en help ons verder professionaliseren.

We zijn niet op zoek naar een nummer, maar naar een betrokken professional die mee bouwt aan vertrouwen en kwaliteit.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in accountancy, fiscaliteit, rechten of bedrijfseconomie.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een relatiebeheersfunctie.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel – zowel naar klanten als collega’s.
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA; je denkt vooruit, onderneemt en adviseert.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te kunnen werken.
  • Ken je je weg in boekhoudsoftware zoals Silverfin, Billit, Adminpulse, etc. dan is dit een plus
  • Je hebt parate kennis van de laatste wetgeving en trends in de accountancy sector.
  • ITAA-titel op zak of in de maak? Pluspunt!
